Central London - Up to £40,000

We have a fantastic Assistant Restaurant Manager opportunity with a high volume branded restaurant. They are looking for ambitious leaders who are looking to work in a fast-paced and growing business within which you can motivate and lead a team. Our client is an industry leading business, with fantastic growth and progression opportunities looking for highly experienced hospitality professionals who are looking to who are wanting the autonomy to shape their role, team and operation.

What does the role of Assistant General Manager involve?

Beable to work alongside and assist the General Manager.
You will have full responsibility and autonomy for your operation, ensuring that it is running smoothly and will be proactive in meeting customer and stakeholder expectations.
You will lead and motivate your team, improving them with training and development opportunities.
You will proactively work with Health and Safety Manager to ensure full compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Reporting into the Regional Manager & General Manager, you will report regularly on your operation.
As a people focused manager you will guide the departments in your operation to provide consistent customer service and to drive operational focus.

You will have experience managing in a fast paced high volume restaurant environment, and will be energised by working in such a dynamic environment.
You will have great communication skills and will be customer-focused.
