What does the role of Assistant Facilities Manager Greenwich involve?
The role will involve working within a team to ensure the smooth operation which is safe, secure, and where maintenance issues are fixed quickly and efficiently. You will work with third parties and contractors where necessary to support the operation. In the role of Facilities Manager you will be working in a team focused culture which welcomes autonomy and an enjoyable environment with a good work life balance.
What qualities do you need to be successful?
You will have a background in maintenance and Soft Facilities experience
You will hold a trade qualification either electrical, mechanical or plumbing.
You will work well as part of a team to deliver excellent services.
You are able to work from your own motivation but also be part of a team to deliver excellent services.
You will be flexible on working hours.
You have knowledge of site H&S regulations, understanding, reading, producing Method Statements, Risk Assessments and Permits to work.
This role offers a salary of up to £25,000 plus exciting new career opportunities!
