My client are looking for an Area Training Manager to help support L&T teams throughout the South East area during the build up to a launch day, launch day itself and the subsequent 8 weeks after. This will involve team trainng, checking standards, mystery serves and general support with the publican.
As Area Training Manager you will have commercial responsibility for your 'patch' and will be able to use your considerable people skills to engage, coach and inspire your teams.
You will be able to use your retail or hospitality experience to guide your managers, supporting them with their objectives and helping them to achieve the best results, both commercially and in the delivery of exceptional service to their guests.
With a down-to-earth, authentic approach, you are always 'yourself' and this enables you to build high-performing, committed teams who feel supported and who genuinely care about the customer and the delivery of commercial results.
Your background in a field management role will mean that you can manage effectively, even when you can't be there every day.
Your retail, hospitality or leisure background means that you know what it takes to delight the customer and how to get your people to do the same.
