Area Manager, London, Healthcare Retailer, up to £65,000 Bonus
Our Client is the market leader within their product category with a high performing team they continue to post positive growth results. Due to internal progression and change they are looking to appoint a Regional Director to lead a team of Area Managers and a large portfolio of stores.

As the Area Manager you will be making difference to hundreds of people in your Region, making them feel that you CARE and SUPPORT them.
So what does the role involve?
As Area Manager you will be accountable for the operational excellence and financial performance of a group of Healthcare branches across the region. You will also:
Ensure you have a robust succession plan in place while ensuring your team are stretched, motivated and ready to progress when opportunities in the field or head office arise.
Have responsibility for managing the P&L of the Region, ensuring the highest standards of Service, display, compliance and inventory control are maintained and that sales revenue targets are achieved and exceeded.
Demonstrate an inspirational leadership style to your team of Managers ensuring that they receive clear direction and performance management within a culture of coaching and mentoring.
What qualities will you need for this role?
As an adept networker you will be able to demonstrate how you have engaged multiple stakeholders to ensure corporate goals are achieved.
You will have a proven track record in a Area Manager level position - experience of managing Area Managers within a successful Healthcare Retailer is essential.
With an inspirational leadership style, you will be a strong communicator and a skilled people manager and be adept at succession planning and performance management.
