Area Manager

First step into Area Manager Role





Basic salary £28,000 to £35,000 with great bonus potential and progression

Our Client has had great success in developing strong performing single site managers into Area Manager previously and they are looking for exceptional talented operators who are ready to go on that journey and help them to continue to grow their business.


You will have retail or hospitality management experience in sales or service focussed environments
You will possess excellent communication and management skills displaying experience in delivering results and maximising sales.
You will be a resilient and tenacious individual who is adaptable to change and will thrive in a busy ever changing and flexible environment.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an outgoing, affable personality that will enthuse and motivate those around them.

You will ideally be based in or around Twickenham or Kingston or Guildford postcodes
