Admin Assistant - Retail
Do you love numbers and are you great on excel?
Have you ever worked in a shop or retail head office?
This role will suit someone who has an understanding or retail and stock and purchasing.
You will be required to make sure the 8 stores are Replenished with stock - Gifts retail weekly, Running excel reports for each store.
You will analyse sales to make sure there is the right amount of stock and not too much.
You will Raise POs (purchase orders) for authorising and send POs to the supplier when authorised, via Email with standard email text.
Help with setting up weekly reports for analysis
Run and update weekly reports for analysis
Help with Range Review of stock reports Bi-annual
Retail experience at Head Office.
Strong analytical and numerical skills. Excel Pivot tables, VLOOKUP up, SumIfs as a minimum.
