Are you currently an Acquisitions Manager for a branded restaurant, franchise business, leisure or Pubs brand and wants to be part of a great change? You will be based around Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Stoke!

What will you be doing as Acquisitions Manager?
The role requires a very strong level of commercial knowledge and general business awareness to enable the post holder to work comfortably on any project with any level of management.
Support the Commercial Director in the development and implementation of an ongoing programme of acquisitions.
You will be on the road and visit different independents or current owners to make sure you find the best new acquisitions!
You will also be the Kind/Queen of relationships building and create amazing rapport with your !
What do you need as the next Acquisitions Manager?
Numerate with strong commercial acumen, confident in working with standardised financial models
Hospitality experience within Pubs, Restaurants, Leisure or within Retail Franchise as an Acquisition Manager)
Experience and ability to carry out financial appraisals and modelling.
Strong report writing skills, with the ability to write reports and papers for various audiences
A fun and growing environment to work in with potential opportunities in Head office for you to continue after the 12 month contract.
