We are seeking an experienced Estates Manager to play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing a diverse pub estate. This is a high impact role where your commercial acumen, negotiation skills and estate management experience with directly influencing income growth and long term asset value. This is a highly autonomous role in a challenging and supportive culture.
The Role
- You will take ownership of delivering income and protecting value across the estate, leading robust rent assessments for new lets, reviews and renewals while ensuring full compliance with the Pubs Code and RICS guidance.
- Acting as a trusted partner to field teams, you will navigate complex negotiations, manage external advisors and proactively identify new income opportunities across both licensed and non licensed assets.
- Alongside this, you will optimise and enhance asset value by unlocking surplus land opportunities, managing leasehold interests and head lease obligations, mitigating property costs and handling boundary, easement and compulsory purchase matters to maximise returns.
- You will also play a key role in improving capability across our client's business providing knowledge and estate guidance, strengthening relationships with licensees and supporting leadership on strategic estate matters.
