The role:
Lead, coach, and develop a portfolio of sites across London
Drive commercial performance and operational standards
Build high-performing, engaged teams
Partner with senior leadership on growth and improvement initiatives
What we’re looking for:
Proven multi-site leadership experience within QSR or Fast food.
Strong commercial awareness with a track record of delivering results
A hands-on, people-first leadership style
Someone who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
