The opportunity is based in Newcastle.
Key responsibilities are as follows:
Teaching - lead and support delivery and assessment of learning.
Development of training plans to ensure compliance with curriculum best practice and quality targets.
Ensure that learners records are accurate and maintained in line with data protection business policies.
Develop and mentor new Assessors
Lead in delivery and accreditation of learner-focused provision.
Participate in continual professional development activities to ensure skills and qualifications are in line with sector best practice.
Senior Training Development Officer (Leadership/Management) or Trainer (Leadership/Management) will be visiting learners in the workplace and delivering Project Management qualifications. Learners are usually based in a range of business environments therefore somebody with a similar background will be ideal.
Skills, qualifications & experience require to be a great Senior Training Officer:

Experience of Team Management
Adult Teaching Qualification Level 4 (CTTLS, PGCE, Cert.ed or equivalent)
Assessment Qualification (TAQA/A1/D32/33)
Level 2 qualification in English & Mathematics
Must have level 5 in or above qualification in Leadership/Management
