This regional manager will join a leading player within the hospitality and restaurant sector embarking on a significant period of changed and offering their employees the opportunity for significant career opportunities and personal development.

 

ROLE

 

This challenge is about revitalising an industry leading brand with a broad presence across the UK.

Leading from the front as a Regional Manager you will need to deliver against balanced target areas with an unwavering focus on people and standards.
The cornerstone of the Regional Manager's role is to spend the majority of their time, coaching and developing their team of Area Managers to improve customer satisfaction, team development and overall profitability. Strategic planning and time management skills are essential to ensure success. You will be involved with a number of head office projects implementing the business initiatives quickly and efficiently into the store through your team of area managers.

 

PERSON

 

My client is looking for the following:

You will have a proven track record at regional manager level from either a retail or hospitality background with potential to grow within the business.

You must have held a similar level of control previously, delivering your store results through a team of multi site managers reporting into you directly

You will have bags of drive, tenacity and focus and bring a real can do attitude and significant levels of energy to everything that you do

Your peers will have appreciated your team work ethos in your career to date and you you will have a track record of developing and up skilling those that report into you.

You will be degree level education, strong commercial skills and business acumen.

You will need strong coaching and development skills and a proven ability to drive results through your team.

You will need to have excellent literacy and numeric skills and proven analytical ability.

You will be a strong communicator with high personal standards and be exceptionally organised.
