We are pleased to be working with a leading UK retailer who is looking to hire a Retail CRM & Loyalty Manager (6 Month FTC) to join their dynamic marketing team based in South West London. This established specialist retailer are looking for someone with Offline direct marketing experience and with loyalty card experience.
You'll need be tenacious with strong communication skills!
For the CRM & Loyalty Manager (6 Month FTC) role, our client is looking for someone who:
Inspires and motivates the team to meet the required ambitions so that the team are motivated to perform to their best so by achieving the mailing plan.
Develops and manages annual so as to support team operation and achievement of plan
Gathers and analyses latest trading information from trading, F&B, marketing and commercial colleagues so as to understand current trading performance and identify areas of opportunity for business leverage
Uses data to identify and recommend the mailing offers and customer targets so as to optimise the impact of the mailing and encourage customers to redeem
Responds at pace to customer issues and questions and brings about an effective resolution
Manages agency relationships with the data agency and call centre operation so as to make sure that the customer data is up-to-date and that customers questions and issues are resolved quickly
Identifies, develops and executes collaboration opportunities with concession and third party partners within mailing campaigns so as to optimise another income stream
