This Training Officer role is a Monday to Friday opportunity based in the Bristol / Bournemouth area.

As the Training Officer you will have the opportunity to shape your role and your team.
You will take complete ownership of your regions commercial activity to ensure targets are achieved and exceeded.
You will inspire and coach your team within your area to support them in their personal and career development.
As a people manager you will give direction and guidance to ensure there is a consistent customer and operational focus within the team.

Assessment Qualification (TAQA L3/A1/D32/33)
Level 3 or above Teaching Qualification
NVQ Level 3 or above in Customer Service
NVQ Level 4 or above in Retail
This role offers a salary of up to £25,000 Package!
