So what does the role involve?
As Regional Director, you will be accountable for developing a business across a defined geographical Region that you will have a financial investment in from the get go. Regions being recruited are:- Essex, M4 Corridor and East Midlands.
My client provides its customers with products to develop comprehensive customer feedback across a number of business sectors including Retail, Hospitality and Leisure, Care Homes, Education, Legal Services and the Public Sector to name but a few.
You will have responsibility for further developing existing businesses and new revenue streams selling my client's services in a number of different areas that will show you a significant return on investment if you are prepared to work hard!
What the business will offer you:
A protected territory defined by postal code.
All of the existing business in the territory.
A fully trained mystery shopper team.
An initial and ongoing tailored programme focusing on how to develop business growth to run the operational side of the business, as well as day to day advice.
Sales training tailored around networking and use of social media.
Advice on how to approach potential clients and win their business.
The right to utilise all the proven web-based systems already developed by my client to ensure you are successful in all areas of the role.
Marketing and promotional support with the right to trade under my client's well established and well respected brand.
Ongoing mentoring to provide advice, support and guidance to make your business a success. What qualities will you need to be successful?
What qualities will you need to be successful:
You will be highly commercial and results driven.
Have the ability to finance an investment stake and develop a business plan that will see a significant ROI between years 2 and 4.
Be passionate about customer service
Have strong business development skills from a sector that aligns with my client's interests (retailers have been extremely successful in this environment).
Have confidence in addressing an audience and have training experience
Can follow guidelines to recruit and motivate a small and professional team to conduct mystery shopping
Work with the existing National team to help the whole team succeed, not just your own interest
Can manage the day to day in a fast-paced business
Have a strong desire to manage your own business with support to help you succeed and see the medium to long term rewards within my client's model.You will have a proven track record in an Area Manager/ Regional Manager/ large unit management in a Head Of role. You may come from Retail, Hospitality/Leisure or have a strong account management track record but you will be curious about setting up and leading your own business empire.With a positive approach, you will be a strong communicator and a skilled people manager and be adept at negotiation and influencing.
