You will contribute to the employee relations by supporting and developing other members of your team
You will provide strong pragmatic and consistent advice and services to manager
You will maintain and continue to build internal relationships in order to be a trusted partner in the company and grow with your team
You will ensure that all part of HR legislation such as compliance is up to date as well as applied

You will have experience in HR Administration, HR Advisory and will have handled disciplinary and grievance cases in your career
