What will I be doing as HR Administrator?
You will work in closely and support the HR Business Partner to ensure that:
Applications through the Recruitment System are dealt with and responses received in a timely manner.
All employment law administration tasks completed accurately and within set timescales, in particular; Grievance, Disciplinary and Appeal paperwork.
We remain compliant with obligations under UK immigration law at all times.
What will I be responsible for as a HR Administrator?
Approachable, with good social skills and the ability to build relationships.
Strong Administration and Communication Skills, good command of Microsoft Office with HR systems experience preferable.
A passionate, self-starter with good attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Preferably CIPD level 3 qualified, however not essential.
Previous retail experience and advantage, but not essential for the right candidate.
