Our Client is the market leader within their product category with a high performing team they continue to post positive growth results. Due to internal progression and change they are looking to appoint a Regional Director to lead a team of Area Managers and a large portfolio of stores. Ideally, you will be based in the Midlands (Birmingham area), but due to the scope of the role, our Client will be looking outside the box to bring the best talent!

You will have a proven track record in a Regional Director level position - experience of managing Area Managers and/or Head of Central Operations within a successful Healthcare Retailer is essential.
With an inspirational leadership style, you will be a strong communicator and a skilled people manager and be adept at succession planning and performance management.
