Head of E-Commerce - London - £80,000!
This is an exciting opportunity to build and lead a fully integrated Ecommerce strategy, engaging all shoppers through an exceptional online experience. Success in this role will be achieved through leading the future development of the website to drive commercial advantage and lead the brand, growing conversion and revenue whilst also ensuring the very best in immersive brand experiences.
As Head of E-Commerce you will lead insights to optimise conversion and sales
Continuously trade the home page and other site areas to maximise sales
Work with the internal stakeholders to evaluate, plan and optimise range planning, price and promotion around seasonality and changing external factors.
Continuously optimise all product areas of the site
Manage ongoing site optimisation and product navigation, propose changes and initiate remedial actions to support trading
Drive site optimisation across desktop, mobile and tablet
Develop new on-site merchandising tools to facilitate an improved user experience and ultimately improve sales
Provide analysis and insight to improve service and offering to customer and drive sales
Define and implement continuous reporting and analysis on conversion, engagement and success metrics
Keep up-to-date with Ecommerce technology, trends and opportunities and with the team to implement what's appropriate. Work closely with buying to bring cohesive seasonal and brand campaigning to life.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an entrepreneurial retail business as Head of E-commerce and to be the specialist in leading the maximisation of the delivery of the online experience. You will be skilled in leading an Ecommerce team and will have a proven track record in a retail environment. With a strong knowledge and passion of user experience, design and conversion and the ability to analyse and translate data into actionable plans, you will drive results through your exceptional influencing and leadership skills. Reporting directly to the MD you will have full responsibility for the delivery of a game changing online experience which delivers executional excellence with a brand immersing online experience.
