£45k Bonus Benefits Industry leading career opportunities

You are the kind of Retailer that gets out of bed in the morning with a bounce in your step. You love your job, you love your people, you love your customers and you love KPIs. You really love your KPIs at the moment. You really, really, really love them.

You spend hours on the shop floor every day coaching your people. You show them what good looks like, they then show you what good, and well let's face it, sometimes not so good looks like. The thing is, you have built up a strong bond with your people and rather than this being a problem it's a learning opportunity - that's your mantra - so your people are not paralysed with fear when you are with them.

They learn. They get better at their jobs. That actually love their jobs too.

So when you pick up your KPIs in the morning from the previous day's trade your people are equally as eager to hear how things are going. Are we top of the league table? Yes, well lets break some records today. No, what can we improve on today? There is no fear, there are no recriminations. Everyone in it together performing to the best of their ability. Everyone in your team has purpose.

There's just one hitch.

The company you work for isn't growing. They can't offer you the career growth that YOU need to enhance your leadership, your strategic thinking and that offers you the opportunity to keep learning and improving.

Our client can offer this. They are the leading Retailer in the core categories in which they operate. They are not resting on their laurels either, with existing markets being ramped up and new markets explored.

Curiosity may have killed the cat but it doesn't kill candidates. For further information please contact us for a Private & Confidential conversation. As my Mother used to say, nothing ventured, nothing gained!
