The Events Manager will be involved in running seasonal events for the business including Christmas, Food and Drink, and Wine Merchants Trade events operating throughout the UK. They will develop, manage and maintain and expand a portfolio of special events that improve service provision and choice to the public, enhance the profile and profitability of the business.

So what does the Events Manager role involve?
Develop, maintain and improve a portfolio of high profile events within the UK.
Organisationally and financially manage these events in an effective manner.
Work with colleagues to maintain and manage a database of suppliers.
Liaising and negotiation with local authority officers in connection with new event sites.
Maintain performance records and imaginatively, creatively and dynamically seek realistic and attainable improvements.
