As Ecommerce Manager you will ensure we offer best practice delivery methods as expected by our retail customers and work with Customer Service to ensure all service queries are resolved. Using analytics to identify trends in consumer behaviour, represent ecommerce team in all interactions with other functions.
As Ecommerce Manager, you will run the day-to-day running of the platform, ensuring that any operational issues are addressed and resolved quickly, projects are delivered on time, to brief and budget.
Work with the warehouse team to ensure deliveries are dispatched quickly and correctly and maintain integration between 3rd parties.
Ensuring the site performs correctly with no technical errors.
Release management; work with other business units to ensure readiness for new deployments.
Ensure internal collaboration tools are used to update everyone.
Create seasonal strategies relating to all KPIs and Supply Chain Planning and Forecasting In Season, plan & forecast.
Continuously review all service offerings to ensure excellent service standards including payments, delivery, customer interaction.
A clear, analytical and detail-oriented approach.
Proven experience of project and process management within a Multichannel environment.
Intense customer focus.
Experience with Google Analytics.
