So what does the role involve?

As Customer Service Manager you will work closely with your team to ensure a consistent, positive customer experience throughout their visit to the store.

  • Through the implementation of relevant business and local action plans you will work towards building and retaining long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring an exceptional customer experience during store visits.

  • You will work with the team leaders contributing towards setting and achieving relevant goals and development plans.

  • You will take ownership of driving a customer-focused culture, ensuring an easy, positive shopping experience. You will be responsible for implementing relevant tools and processes to aid this as well as identifying and removing any hindrances that may affect this.

  • You will utilise your knowledge of the local market and customer insight to establish and maintain service agreements with the relevant stakeholders to ensure consistency throughout the store.

  • You will live and breathe the company values sharing your passion with your team.

What qualities will you need for this role Customer Services Manager?

  • You have experience of working in a management role within a fast-paced, multi-channel retail environment.

  • You are a passionate people person with a proven track record of successfully leading a team. Experience in customer relations is preferred.

  • You will have a strong understanding of the key principles of the shopping experience and customers' expectations.

  • You are a confident individual with experience in problem solving and conflict management.

  • You are confident in creating and implementing midterm plans, setting budgets and achieving goals.

  • The role requires a strong ability to communicate turning difficult customers into customers for life through positive touch points.

  • You will be career minded and want to build a career with an international retailer.
