Due to the continued growth and expansion in the UK our Client is looking for a Contact Centre Customer Service Manager. This role will support the development of our Client's CSC and Satellite operations. The successful candidate will be part of the UK Team, however will spend most of their time working within the Peterborough, with in frequent travel to Coventry and Sheffield. This is an exciting opportunity for a Manager to gain both personal and professional development for their career.

What does the role involve?

  • Understanding customer motivation and expectations, playing an active role into turning these into new opportunities.

  • To support the customer journey by offering a rewarding customer experience with great quality for all non-face-to-face contacts.

  • Contribute to the creation of the unit action plan and help to implement in areas of responsibility.

  • Responsible for ensuring that your department work ethically and in compliance with regulations and legislation.

  • Identify and develop employees within the department to secure growth.

What we're looking for?

  • Currently operating at a CSM/Management level within a Contact Centre or Customer Services environment with a minimum of 100 seats

  • The ability to travel frequently and to be flexible to support both operations as and when required

  • Good communication, negotiation and influencing skills

  • Ability to make things happen with speed and simplicity

  • Ability to work on both a strategic and operational level

  • A considered decision maker

  • A strong communicator and an excellent leader

  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to lead and develop large teams

  • Ability to build & maintain strong store relationships
